Nia grew up in Iowa and Los Angeles where her mother worked diligently to provide for her child a good life. While in LA, she attended Catholic school for a while and studied ballet, tap, jazz, gymnastics, guitar and acting. Safe to say her mother is where her motivation comes from. Flash forward to Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Soul Food, and Big Momma's house Nia was officially a star. Never hard on the eyes and pretty damn good at acting as well.
