So last year on August 18, 2009 Covert Skate shop (Orlando,FL) was burglarized, the thieves took everything in the shop besides 20 right foot display shoes from the showroom. For the majority of show owner this would be devastating and maybe even end in a closing of their business. Well not the story for this owner Tommy Mot, they took this bad situation and decided to turn it into something positive. He donated the remaining shoes to his favorite artist to customize and present in a future Art gallery. That time has arrived, RIGHT FOOT FORWARD gallery now showing at BOLD HYPE GALLERY in orlando,fl from February 20th - March 6th. I went the first day but arrived an hour to early so didn't get to interview any of the artist who I'm sure were probably there for the grand opening. Since I goofed off on my timing I will have to make plans to get back and see this gallery in person and so should you, give the shop a call for time.
